Alison Schrupp
Co-Owner
Alison has a 40+ year career spanning three states in health insurance leadership roles, retiring as the Chief Administrative Officer for Providence Health Plans.
Her professional philosophy is a blend of servant leadership, managerial courage, and humor. Alison is well known by her colleagues as a reliable, honest, and kind leader. Her current goals are to retain her independence and age with grace.
She is excited to be a part of In-Home Partners with her daughter and daughter-in-law.
In her personal time, Alison enjoys wine-tasting with friends, staying active with long walks near her riverfront home, volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House, and partaking in highly competitive games of Monopoly with her family.
In her 25+ year career as a psychiatric nurse with the National Health Service in Scotland, Dawn served patients with mental health diagnoses in a variety of settings. Known for her creative and accessible approach with patients, Dawn utilized humor and respect to help patients meet their goals. Dawn’s success in direct service positioned her well to lead mental health care homes, youth self-harm intervention programs, and develop assessment tools to oversee the long-term healthcare status of patients. Dawn found a passion early in her career for helping patients transition from long-term care settings to their communities. She led programs to educate and lead staff to help vulnerable patients feel confidence in navigating their lives. In her most recent work, Dawn served as a care manager on a community-based outreach team, helping to implement a revolutionary approach in providing mental health care in-home for patients with schizophrenia and bipolar diagnoses. This work not only significantly reduced emergency service utilization and inpatient stays, but increased patients’ abilities to thrive in their communities and meet important goals. Dawn’s expertise includes schizophrenia intervention, dual diagnosis intervention, personality disorder management, forensic patient support, early detection of mental health diagnoses, home and clinic safety assessments, and coordinating multidisciplinary approaches to mental health care. In addition to her professional successes with the NHS, Dawn published the children’s book, "Jake Finds His Smile" a story to help children cope with parents who experience mood disorders.
Though she will forever be a proud Scot, Dawn moved to Portland after marrying Jillian. Dawn is passionate about travel, learning about ancient cultures, and has developed a new love of substantial red wines since moving to the northwest.

As a healthcare social worker, Jillian is passionate about providing patients and families with caring clinical experiences that help them feel known and respected. With a professional background in equipping healthcare professionals with the skills to build meaningful relationships with patients, Jillian is well-versed in service excellence standards, as well as teaching, coaching, culturally-informed practices, and person-centered care. Jillian’s professional philosophy is one of equality, empowerment, and building excitement for service in all capacities. Jillian’s experience includes assessing service performance, implementing culturally-informed practices, addressing difficult situations and service breakdowns, and coaching individuals and teams. She has a diverse professional background working with primary and specialty care clinic operations, and service excellence and improvement strategy development. Jillian’s career has also included gerontology and advance care planning, working in partnership with palliative care and hospice services. Additionally, she developed and led the implementation of an emergency department navigation program.
Jillian is extremely proud to join her wife and mother in creating a bright future for the way patients and families experience healthcare. In her personal time, Jillian loves traveling with her wife and family, working out, and lounging at home with her wife and their four-legged family members.
